Be nice. That might go without asserting, but some folks think troubling is the only way to get what they need. It is not. If you nag, moan or act upsetting, you are just reminding him of things he wants to escape from. If you make things uncomfortable each time you see him, he’ll only wish to see you less and less. The very last thing you would like to do is drive him further away.

Be as pleasing as you can whenever you are around him, unless the only possible way to do so is to be positively fake.
